This is a very interesting one. Perhaps use a little fewer notes for the melody and cut down a little on the discordance. A chord backing to fill up the background would be a good step forward. This reminds me to when I used to make music on this iPad app called Auxi. This gives me some heavy vibes of that. The melody from this song: https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/1023053 is something I made on Auxi back in 2016. Good times. As long as you keep going, you'll start making commercial-grade music. You just need to keep going.

[stupid beepbox thingy]

Honestly, this is pretty impressive with the limited customizability beepbox gives. I feel like programs like hookpad are much better for making small little repetitive tunes as it is easy to use. However, it uses a little music theory and can be a little scary at first.
