Sorry, I took so long to leave a comment. You already know why xd.

This track is incredible. I think I may have listened to it around as much as Warbird. I just love how much variation you have. You run the perfect balance between switching it up enough to where it doesn't get boring, but also not switching it up too frequently and running the risk of the viewer getting lost.

Moments like 02:28 really display how amazing you are at what you do. Like, holy shit that ending is phenomenal. Whenever you release something new like this, it always reminds me how much there is left for me to learn, and it's really inspiring.

I have a few nitpicks like the transition between 2:12 and 2:18. Perhaps a giant build up to a bar of dramatic silence would have had a neat effect. or maybe sending the snare drums off in a unique way rather than suddenly taking the percussionist out back and shooting him like you did.

Again, I'm sorry for being two months late on this. My brain has been mush for quite a while

50Steaks responds:

Thanks for reviewing as always! I still can’t believe I basically made this in like 3-4 days. Honestly my main issue with his is the transition into the second chorus out of the 6/4 part, I feel like it’s a little sudden. Also the percussionist also dies at 1:03 lol. At this point I’m basically operating on 1-2 frontpages a year, and though this didn’t quite make it past this round, I’m glad it was this one to get it anyways.

What an experience. I wasn't expecting the second half lol. awesome track!

GameBoyFireworks responds:

Thank you!! Means a lot - I'm glad it caught you by surprise!

the flow is real

Cyberdevil responds:

For real. :) Thank you!

Very intense, I love it!

JoHassa responds:

Appreciate it! :D

learning chords and scales is a game changer. @Pomarzyn is 100% right. Once you learn what a chord is, you'll be making music like me in no time

MandoTheNPC1 responds:

ok. :)

This is a neat little track! It would be a good idea to look over the panning. It seems like everything is panned to the right slightly.

GizzyKittyMusic responds:

I just checked all of the FX I used and for some reason I had the EQ set to pan to the right without noticing it. I must've been randomly shifting things around to see how they sounded and changed the panning without realizing. Thanks for pointing that out! Hopefully it's fixed now.

Am I going crazy or can I hear the Roblox oof noise very quietly in the background?

Around 7 seconds in is where it is at its loudest

Scareev responds:

I didn't put any roblox sfx lol, but it would be a funny easter egg!

FINALLY!!! ANOTHER PERSON WHO ACTUALLY LIKES THE GAME!!!

The furthest I've ever gotten was Marleybone as a fire wizard before my wallet ran dry.

Man, I just can't get over the music in that game, Nelson Everhart is a beautiful creature and his songs perfectly fit the environments they were made for.

Latadenata responds:

YES!!!! Everything about Wizard101 is perfect and the music is just top notch! <3

I feel you mate

For a second I thought this was the transcription you did, haha. I can definitely hear the inspiration. Though, I think you surpassed your inspiration and made something better. Not just saying that as a friend.

Also, 00:33 is just too good. I'm always a sucker for moments like that xd. 10/10 woodwinds, I still gotta figure out how to properly use em xd

Everratic responds:

It means a lot to me that you think I surpassed the inspiration! I personally prefer Ari's version.

Thanks for the review!
